The flower that blooms in the wasteland

philosophicalpoetry:

Every action which you make on a molecular level changes you. Every second spent pressing your fingers against a keyboard offers the opportunity for molecules to exchange. Every second breathing oxidizes your lungs, ever minute thinking oxidizes your perception. In a physical sense, you are changing constantly. Every eight years, you are someone new. Every cell in your system dies and new ones replace it. Comprehension of what you are reading begs that your first eight years are up. You are a being with a replacement body. You are an upgrade with nothing new. You are aging, you are dying and rebirthing. You are decaying and recreating. You are decay and creation. You are.
